Integrating ICT in the classroom
2 nd Session Reflection (8/03/2022) As time passes, there is a certain change in the learning style of the individual learners. In the past learners acquire most of their knowledge from the community with the means of using newspapers, textbooks, and the people around them. With the change in time, students had become independent learners and as they are being considered the digital native they gather information using the technologies and other modes of communication channels such as social media. Moreover, the role of a teacher is just to act as a facilitator whereby integrating with ICT tools such as video tutorials, web links, and interactive learning activities and then learners take the ownership of the learning by themselves. With learners becoming independent learners as a teacher we must keep in mind to inculcate the 21st-century skills in the students.
